We are proud to announce it officially: the expansion, research and development project of Lin des Pyrénées has been co-financed by the European Union, with the support of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region. An institutional partnership that strengthens our approach as a local supply chain of excellence and accelerates our development in the service of the region.

Decisive European support for a 100% Pyrenean supply chain

Building an oilseed flax supply chain of "100% Pyrenees Origin" is a long-term commitment: variety selection, cultivation, processing, gastronomic promotion, nutritional research. European co-financing enables Lin des Pyrénées to reach a decisive milestone on three fronts: industrial expansion, research & development and promoting the products to chefs, artisans and discerning consumers.

A short supply chain approach aligned with European values

Our specifications have always been demanding: zero plant protection products, zero waste, no irrigation and no water abstraction across the entire value chain. An approach that preserves the resource in both quantity and quality and meets the ambitions of the European Green Deal for low-impact agriculture.

• Local agriculture: practices that respect the soils and biodiversity of the Pyrenees.
• 100% local supply chain: cultivation, processing and packaging as close as possible to the fields.
• Eco-responsibility: no irrigation, no pesticides, full use of the plant.
• Nutritional quality: a source of omega-3 naturally present in linseed oil, flaxseed flour and flaxseeds.
