Artisanal intelligence: the driving force of excellence and connection
Artisanal intelligence: the driving force of excellence and human connection at Lin des Pyrénées.
Updated on

Exactly one week ago, we had the immense pleasure of taking part in the major annual gathering of the Collège Culinaire de France. An event that brought together the great family of "Artisans Militants de la Qualité" (Committed Quality Artisans), from producers to renowned chefs.
A rich and inspiring day devoted to the strength of the collective, to encounters, sharing and cooperation - values that we share deeply and that hold real meaning for Lin des Pyrénées.
It was a wonderful opportunity and a true honour to be able to talk with iconic figures of French gastronomy, including Alain Ducasse (Ducasse Paris), Vice-President and co-founder of the Collège Culinaire de France.
As artificial intelligence gains ground, the Collège Culinaire de France and its members champion artisanal intelligence: the kind that turns nature into culture, that honours the nourishing land and that places the demand for quality and the passing on of knowledge at the heart of every gesture.
This vision inspires our team and guides each of our actions. Innovating while respecting the essence of living things, with the will to spread local know-how with humility and high standards.
Within this wonderful family of the Collège Culinaire de France, we work towards a responsible and inspired gastronomy.
Determination is a constructive revolution
