The questions we are asked most often

Ask another question
From what amount is delivery free?
Delivery is free in France on orders over €49, by pick-up point or Colissimo without signature. Below that, the cost depends on weight, volume and destination. We deliver to mainland France, including Corsica for a surcharge, the European Union, and elsewhere on request.
How soon will my order be dispatched?
Orders confirmed before 12 noon are prepared the same day, on working days. Then allow 1 to 10 days depending on the destination and the method chosen: Colissimo, Chronopost, pick-up point or express. A tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel leaves.
Can I change my mind after delivery?
You have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no justification or penalty, from the date of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unconsumed. Perishable goods and products unsealed for health reasons are excluded, as the law allows and as we state before you order rather than after.
Are your products suitable for a gluten-free diet?
Yes. The whole range is vegan and gluten-free, made from organic seeds and grown at the foot of the Pyrenees. Each product has its own product sheet: ingredients, allergens, weight, origin, best-before date, nutritional values and labels.
Can linseed oil be cooked?
No, never. Heat oxidises it, makes it brown and gives it a marked bitterness. It is used only cold, in dressings or as a finishing touch.
How should linseed oil be stored after opening?
In the fridge, away from light in its tinted bottle, and ideally used within 4 to 6 weeks.
Where is your flax grown?
The flax is grown in Béarn, in the Pyrenees, then cold-pressed a few kilometres from the fields. Each batch is traced, from sowing to bottling.
